There are no hidden charges. You only pay for the time the engineer is there working on your job.
- Minimum of 1hr charge applies on all jobs & if further time is required (it goes into 15min increments) the engineer will keep you informed throughout.
- We operate a booking deposit system of the 1 hour minimum charge via debit/credit card, allowing us to dispatch an engineer to you.
- Fixed prices are available for larger jobs & on request. Any material collect time required is capped at 1hr charge maximum & materials deposit taken.
- All prices are subject to VAT and we hold the right to change the rate at point of quoting.
