Need Planned Maintenance for Your Facility?

Planned Catering Equipment Maintenance

Whatever catering facility you’re in charge of, delivering an exceptional service goes beyond overseeing and managing your staff and caring for your customers.

Your commercial catering equipment needs looking after too. Your appliances, machinery, and systems all need regular maintenance and repair work in order to make sure they’re performing optimally.

Scheduling professional equipment maintenance on a regular basis is the best way to make sure that your tools continue to work as they should. It allows you to pre-emptively deal with any potential issues, avoid breakdowns and downtime, and ensure you comply with the necessary health and safety standards.

We offer dependable and prompt commercial catering equipment maintenance. Our team of experienced and fully qualified in-house engineers are able to provide either one-off or regular servicing, whatever your needs and budget.

Reliable, efficient, and flexible, we make sure your kitchen is always operating at its best with a no-stress and cost-efficient maintenance service.

We offer two catering equipment maintenance services, one with parts and one without parts.

The majority of our contracts are pre-planned periodic servicing. We visit clients between 1 and 4 times a year. This service includes priority callouts with reduced contract client rates.

As part of our service, not only will we quickly diagnose the issue and deal with all the repairs, but we can also advise on ordering any new equipment, if necessary.

We carry most parts with us so we can provide support there and then. Whether we’re servicing a gas oven, countertop fryer, dishwasher, or pizza oven, our well-stocked vans almost always contain everything we need for streamlined service and minimal inconvenience to the client.

What We Offer

Benefits of Regular Catering Equipment Maintenance

Pre-empt and Prevent

Scheduling routine catering equipment maintenance allows you to avoid potential breakdowns by identifying problems when they first arise, dealing with them promptly and efficiently to minimise the threat of bigger issues later down the line.

Compliance and Safety

Maintenance and repair work is necessary to ensure that your kitchen is compliant with the relevant regulatory standards. For one thing, well-maintained equipment means less risk of a fire. Staff safety should be a priority, and this means ensuring your equipment is performing as it should.

Extend the Lifespan of Your Equipment

Appliances and machines that are looked after properly will continue to perform for longer and you’re less likely to encounter breakdowns. Regular maintenance stops deterioration and maximises efficiency. Professional catering equipment maintenance is, therefore, an important way of protecting your investment. And well-maintained equipment also has a better resale value should you want to pass your equipment on at a later date.

Save Money

By dramatically reducing the risk of future breakdown and the disruption and downtime it entails, you save money in the long term. While unanticipated breakdowns can lead to lost revenue and disappointed customers, high-performing equipment is efficient, allows for a smooth operation and consistently delivers a quality service, boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Planned Preventative Maintenance FAQs

We recommend that you have your kitchen equipment serviced at least every 6 months. This ensures that it remains in the best possible condition and that any issues are identified before they become problems that could lead to disruption for your business.

Maintaining catering equipment is not just a question of keeping it clean, although this is important. You also should organise regular inspections of the equipment by knowledgeable engineers who will ensure that everything is in working order and proactively deal with any problems before they start affecting your operations.

Routine maintenance of commercial catering equipment is not just important to ensure that the machines work as they should but to also save money in the long term. Keeping everything working smoothly and dealing with small faults when they first arise reduces the risk of serious breakdowns later on. You’ll enjoy better food quality, your staff will enjoy a more efficient and safer working environment, and your equipment will enjoy an extended life span.
