The restaurant had a very dated dishwasher requiring many parts to complete repair. The wash pump had stopped working & the detergent & rinse aid intake had not been right for weeks. Water had also started getting into the commercial dishwasher electric compartment. The catering engineer advised it to be beyond economical repair & the customer opted for a brand new commercial dishwasher.
